Donate to My Green Family
We are fundraising to help us with the cost of providing intensive behavioural intervention (IBI) therapy for our son, Tristan who was diagnosed with autism in June of 2009 at 2 years and 9 months old.
Waiting lists for IBI therapy that is subsidised by our government are around 3 years long. By the time Tristan gets accepted into the program he will be close to 6 years old, well past the age before Tristan is to attend school.
We have therefore decided to seek private IBI therapy which can cost upwards of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, which is significantly higher than our combined family income.
Please note that we are in no way demanding donations or payments for reading and hopefully enjoying this blog. This site is free to all wanting to learn how to become and live green (on a budget to boot!).
Any donations will be graciously accepted, and we will silently give thanks and well wishes to you and your family.
Thank you,
Andrea and Odum.
